About Me.

As Chief Executive Officer of Solari Crisis & Human Services, I lead a nationally recognized nonprofit that operates data-driven crisis and human services programs across Arizona, Oklahoma, and Colorado. For more than a decade, I have guided Solari’s growth while ensuring our mission of Inspiring Hope remains central to everything we do. My work is driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals to navigate moments of crisis and connect with the care they need.

My professional journey began on the front lines as a trained social worker, directly supporting individuals and families facing the most dire circumstances. I have worked with survivors of human trafficking and trauma, supported people with serious mental illness as they reintegrated into society, and walked alongside individuals navigating substance use recovery. These experiences shaped my conviction that leadership must be both compassionate and effective—a philosophy I now champion through my book, Heart-Led Leadership: Inspiring the Workforce of Tomorrow.

I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University, and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work. I am a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a Six Sigma Green Belt. These credentials allow me to blend operational excellence with human-centered leadership—overseeing compliance strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.

Recognized as an award-winning leader and published author, I bring a unique perspective at the intersection of behavioral health, crisis services, and leadership development. My approach emphasizes both employee and customer experiences, reinforcing my belief that organizations thrive when people feel valued, connected, and inspired.

I am an articulate communicator, trusted partner, and collaborative strategist, known for building strong relationships across all levels of leadership. Always eager to learn and explore new challenges, I welcome opportunities to partner with organizations and professionals who share a vision of creating sustainable impact through both human connection and innovative solutions.

Heart-Led Leadership

In a world of quiet quitting, burnout, and disengagement, traditional leadership is failing. Millennials and Gen Z aren't motivated by fear, hierarchy, or perks. They crave meaning, belonging, and hope.

Heart-Led Leadership is a guide for a new generation of leaders: CEOs, managers, entrepreneurs, and culture shapers, who understand that leading with heart isn't soft. It's powerful.

Drawing from real-world experience, mental health advocacy, crisis leadership, and decades of nonprofit and business insight, Justin N. Chase offers a new vision for leadership rooted in empathy, authenticity, and courage.

This isn't just a leadership book. It's a call to change the way we lead, forever.
